Project Scope — Full Home Renovation (Complete Gut & Rebuild)
We executed a full demolition and complete rebuild of this property from the ground up.

The work included:

• Complete framing for new walls, bulkheads, and layout modifications
• Full electrical upgrade, including all new wiring, outlets, pot lights, and a brand-new electrical panel
• Full plumbing system replacement, including new supply lines, drains, venting, and fixture rough-ins
• Drywall installation (board, tape, mud, and sand) across all floors
• Interior painting with multi-coat finish on walls, ceilings, trim, and doors
• Carpentry and trim work, including baseboards, casings, doors, and feature details
• Premium tile installation in bathrooms, shower areas, and kitchen backsplash
• Light fixture installation (pot lights, vanity lights, pendants, and chandeliers)
• Flooring system replacement, including prep, leveling, and new finished flooring
• Beyond the interior, the property also received:
• Roofing upgrades and exterior envelope improvements
• New exterior work, including siding and flashing repairs
• Interlocking stone for walkways and outdoor living areas
• New fencing and deck construction for backyard functionality and privacy
• From demolition to final paint, this was a turnkey renovation.
