Project Scope — Courtice Renovation & Building Envelope Upgrade

This project required a full interior refresh and targeted building envelope remediation.

Our team delivered a complete end-to-end scope, including:

• Interior demolition of damaged materials and existing finishes
• Floor leveling and subfloor preparation for accurate elevation and flatness
• Carpentry work including framing corrections and structural detailing
• Trim installation, including baseboards, door casings, and finishing details
• Full flooring installation across living areas and transition points
• Drywall work, including boarding, taping, mudding, and surface finishing
• Fire stopping and code-compliant penetration sealing at wall and ceiling assemblies
• Comprehensive caulking at joints, base plates, seams, and critical cutouts
• Blueskin waterproofing installation for moisture protection and envelope sealing
• Epoxy coating and waterproofing for high-traffic, moisture-sensitive areas
• Door casing replacement and finishing hardware preparation
• This was a multi-trade delivery with sequencing, inspection coordination, and quality control handled by one team for a clean, controlled execution.
• The result: a stable substrate, sealed building envelope, and durable lifetime finishes ready for occupancy.
