Project Scope — Multi-Floor Renovation & Specialty Finishes
This project involved comprehensive upgrades across all four floors of the home, with integrated interior trades, exterior detailing, and specialty finishes.

Scope of work included:

• Flooring replacement on all four levels, including substrate prep, leveling, and precision installation
• Trim work and finish carpentry, including baseboards, casings, transitions, and detail finishing
• Plumbing work, including supply and drain adjustments to accommodate layout changes
• Installation of new plumbing fixtures in bathrooms, kitchen, and wet zones
• Tile installation in washrooms, shower areas, and feature surfaces
• Specialty flooring systems for high-use or design-focused spaces
• Custom demolition and replacement of the front main door, including new framing, casing, insulation, and hardware alignment
• Full interior painting of walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and finish surfaces across the entire home
• Brick work repairs to exterior masonry, including tuck-pointing and joint correction
• Exterior brick sealing for long-term moisture resistance and surface protection
